Tucson Handweavers and Spinners Guild

The client came into this project with their own logo concepts which I developed alongside some of my own ideas over a period of a few months. In the end, the client felt pretty strongly about sticking with one of their original concepts after we took their other idea about as far as we could before realizing that it wasn’t as practical as we hoped. We ended up with a yarn ball and the initials of the organization encapsulated within. I still feel that some of the other concepts were much stronger but the client was happy with one of my interpretations of their idea and at the end of the day that is the most important goal. Below is a sampling of some of the drawings and digital designs I worked on as well as the final design with the green letters.
